Join us for our upcoming East - Southeast Los Angeles Alcohol & Drug Taskforce Community Meeting this Wednesday, May 5th at 4:00 PM at Huntington Park Stake Park, Community Center!

Our task force works with the community to reduce underage drinking and illicit drug use/misuse among youth and young adults residing in East and Southeast Los Angeles. This strong grassroots movement is made up of a broad cross-section of the community including community members, youth, parents, educators, non-profit and health service organizations, businesses, government and law enforcement officials, and other existing community coalitions-- so come be part of it!

Help us change the local conditions that influence alcohol, prescription drugs and illicit drug use; identify individuals who could benefit from prevention services or contribute to prevention efforts; and inform youth and adults about behaviors that contribute to community norms about alcohol, prescription drugs and illicit drug use.
