8th Annual Conference on Latinos, Faith, Culture, HIV and Mental Health
Join us for our 8th Annual Conference on Latinos, Faith, Culture, HIV & Mental Health on Monday, October 20th at The California Endowment! The conference theme, in honor of our 20th Anniversary, will be Celebrating 20 Years: Recommitting to Faith, Service, and Community.
Year after year, we gather with the purpose of engaging the various members of the Latino community in education and prevention of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental health. This is a culturally driven conference with a focus on promoting health and wellness among under-served populations.
This year's conference includes discussions on:
- New HIV Prevention Methods, PrEP & PEP
- My Health LA: Patient Care for the Uninsured
- Physical Affects of Addition on the Body
- Hepatitis C Basics
- Youth & Mental Health Services
This is a FREE community event with complimentary breakfast and lunch. Interpretation services will also be provided. Seating is limited, so RSVP today!
