Reflections of Pulse Night Club
Though the Pulse Nightclub tragedy occurred only four months ago it will be forever marked as the deadliest mass shooting in American history. As we mourn the deaths of our fallen brothers and sisters, we must continue the work to make our LGBTQ Latina/o community safer and stronger.
Join The Wall Las Memorias Project & the Building Healthy Communities-Boyle Heights Collaborative this Friday, October 14th as we welcome two survivors from Pulse Nightclub to reflect on the fateful night, discuss the necessity for responsible gun control legislation, and the possibility to change our country for the better of all its citizens.
This is a free community event, light food and drinks will be provided by Antigua Bakery.
