TRANS CONNECTION

As part of our effort to promote health and wellness, The Wall-Las Memorias Project has created the Trans Connection program targeting trans women of color. Services offered under the Trans Connection program include HIV/AIDS prevention and testing, substance abuse counseling, support groups, and safe sex practice counseling. Connecting culture, faith, health, and wellness, the Trans Connection program offers trans women of all ages the resources needed to live healthy balanced lives.

Trans Connection Services Include:

• Free Rapid & Confidential HIV Testing
• Transgender Support Group 
• Linkage to Care
• Health Resources (PrEP/PEP)
• Community Engagement 
• Peer Counseling
