The Wall Las Memorias (TWLM) invites youth from across Los Angeles County to our third Rise Up & Act youth summit entitled, CuidaME Self-Care Summit. Join us for this one-of-a-kind virtual youth summit that aims to promote self-care, mental health, alternative coping mechanisms, and substance use prevention among young individuals in LA County.

Saturday, March 19th

Virtual Youth Summit

10 AM to 1 PM (PT)

This summit will highlight the importance of mental health and its intersectionality with substance abuse. Our goal is to engage youth by acknowledging that substance use is prevalent in our communities and help them navigate their own real-world experiences through a trauma-informed lens to find healthier coping mechanisms.

CuidaME Self-Care Summit is open to all Los Angeles County youth and young adults ages 12-26. This is a free community event, however, registration is required.
